A small sample has been provided showing variations of 4 colours. However please note; if using more than 3 colours, you will need to cut the yarn when changing to colours, and then weave in the ends.

YARN REQUIRED
This blanket was worked in Cascade Yarns Longwood 100% Superwash Extra Fine Merino
Wool (191 yds / 175 m per 100 gram ball).

Main Colour (MC) -- Grey 450 grams.
Contrast Colour 1 (CC1) -- Cream 160 grams
Contrast Colour 2 (CC2) -- Beige 160 grams

The sample blanket is knit in Cascade Longwood. This yarn is classified as a Worsted weight yarn, however any yarn can be used, bearing in mind the finer the yarn the smaller the blanket.
This pattern is easily adjusted to be worked to any size you wish.

NEEDLES REQUIRED
5 mm [US 8 : UK 6] circulars or extra long straight needles.

Needle to sew in ends.

GAUGE / TENSION
18 sts x 24 rows over 10 cm (4 in) worked in slipped stitch pattern on 5 mm [US 8 : UK 6] needles.
