NEW!!! KNITTING PATTERN -Lune Sweater / Vest - P268
This sweater is knitted from the bottom up in one piece to the underarms with a simple fair isle pattern. The yoke is knitted in a simple 2 x 2 Rib pattern.
The sleeves are worked in st st, with a 2 x 2 rib band. You will need to seam the sleeves, also the shoulders and then sew in the sleeves. Alternatively, you could knit the sleeves from the top down in one piece, eliminating seaming. This would also make a great vest, I have taken this into account when designing, as I finished off the armholes as I went, so no picking up stitches. As the yoke section is worked in a 2 x 2 rib there is no need for picking up stitches around the neckline. This design has slightly dropped shoulders with a boat neckline.
