KNITTING PATTERN -- Morud Sweater & Hat - P242
Morud sweater is a luxurious knit featuring fairisle elements that add a layer of warmth during those cold Winter months. After many trips to Norway I have learnt that quality wool is essential in the layering process for keeping warm. This design is influenced by my memories spent with family in the mountains of Hemsedal – Norway. The tracks featured in the design reflect the mountains peeking through the snow. The sweater is knitting from the bottom up in one piece to underarms, then front and backs are knitted separately. Sleeves are knitted separately, so there is a little seaming required. Stiches are picked up around the neckband. Hat is knitted in the round.
